SnV
A malty cookie like taste followed by a slightly sour cream
7 day steep
The cookie taste has now increased and tastes like a plain slightly malty cookie, the cream is light, like a single pouring sweet cream, the slightly sour off note is still there but has reduced in strength, there is a very slight chocolate like taste almost like chocolate chips
14 day steep
No change
28 day steep
The sour off note has now steeped out, the rest of the profile remains unchanged. This has a medium thick mouthfeel.
Suggested usage
I’d use this as an Accent 4%-5%, Background 5%-7%, and Main 7%-10%. Standalone 10%-15%
I’d use this an accent with a stronger cookie or biscuit flavour, as a background or main flavour this would be useful to give mouthfeel and a slight malt to milkshakes, the chocolate note is light enough to get covered in a mix, the cream is also quite light and more of a background flavour. This would be useful to add some sweetness to an ice cream or milkshake mix.
I’d use with Biscuits, Chocolate, Light Vanilla, Creams, Ice Creams and dairy.
