Shipping & Returns


We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. 

Packages are generally dispatched within 1 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via Royal Mail UK. If you have chosen to purchase either 'Signed For' or 'Tracked' then you will receive a tracking number which will be emailed and/or displayed within your account -> order history.

Shipping fees are based on what Royal Mail set out and not something we make up for profit.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

If you choose 'Next Working Day' delivery, this means your parcel will arrive at your doorstep 9 times out of 10 the next WORKING day (excluding weekends).

We reserve the right to withdraw all free shipping options at any time.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Lost In Transit Parcels

International Customers - 

Royal Mail advise that a parcel travelling within the EU should take around 3-5 working days to arrive in its destination country and countries outside of the EU should expect their parcels within 5-7 working days however these delivery targets are estimated and cannot be guaranteed.

An international item being sent to Europe is only considered lost if it is not delivered within 20 working days of its delivery due date; for an item going to the rest of the world it is 25 working days.
