Manufacturer’s description – “"Let me take you down 'cause I am going to strawberry fields," soft strawberry flavor does not dominate but gives a warm fruity burst to any rich savory flavor like a custard or cream. Similar fruit notes to a strawberry ice cream as opposed to a strawberry jolly rancher or hard candy strawberry flavour.”
SnV
Light, slightly syrupy strawberry, this is quite a sweet strawberry
33 day steep
Slight increase in strength. This has now developed a very slight ‘green’ note to this like a slightly under ripe strawberry.
Suggested usage
I’d use this as a main 1.5%-2%, Background 1%-1.5%, Accent 0.5%-1%. Standalone 2%-3%.
I’d use this with Fruit, Creams, Vanilla, Milk, Custards, Dairy, Bakery, Candy, Nuts and possibly Coffee and Tobacco.
Summary
To me this is like a cross between TFA Strawberry Ripe and CAP Sweet Strawberry. It has the realistic Strawberry like taste with a hint of green like TFA with the syrupy sweetness and mouthfeel of CAP. This is a strong strawberry flavour so start low in a mix. Due to the syrupy nature of this it would work very well in creams, Custards and dairy type mixes or use as the foundation strawberry for a Jam/jelly like mix.
