Manufacturers description – “ A delicious creamy strawberry custard that’s not overly sweet without the vanilla typically found in other custard e-liquid concentrates making this the perfect choice for your creamy custard creations. This Strawberry custard can be used in many styles of e-liquid recipes that require the thickness mouthfeel and aroma of a cream custard. Pairing is made easy as this flavour works perfectly in desserts, creams, custards and bakery style mixes. A must have for any serious DIYer”
SnV
Sweet Juicy Strawberry, followed by a medium thick cream, this isn’t quite a custard to me at the moment as it’s missing the egg notes and the thick mouthfeel
7 Day steep
The cream has thickened up there are now some custard notes starting to come in and the mouthfeel has thickened up, it now tastes like a thick Strawberry Cream.
16 Day Steep
This has now gained Custard notes, this now tastes like a strawberry custard to me.
This starts off with a Sweet Juicy strawberry top note, then the custard comes in providing the mid and bottom notes, this has a Thick mouthfeel to it.
22 Day Steep
No change.
Suggested Usage
I’d use as a main note 3%-5%, Background 2%-3%, Accent 1%-2% and standalone at 5%-10%.
I’d use with other Strawberries, Custards, Creams, Pastries, Fruits especially red berries.
Due to that Strawberry flavour I believe that it would only be possible to use this Standalone or as part of a Strawberry/Mixed fruit mix.
VTA Recommend 2%-5% in a mix and Standalone 5%-9%
