Manufacturer’s description – “ A combination between both a candied and floral Rose that doesn't have an overpowering earthy or floral note, so don't be scared. Perfect for a quality rose water but also combines great with other dark and red berries. ”

This is sweet with very little flavour
7 day steep
Still very light, this needs to be tested higher as this % is too low for a single flavour

There is now a very light rose taste to this, the rose isn’t very floral, this is more like a rosewater
Suggested usage
I’d use as a main 3%-4%, Background 2%-3%, Accent 1%-2%
I’d use with candies, Fruit, Beverage and possibly bakeries
Summary
This is very light at 1% and would need to be pushed up to become a main rose flavour, due to the delicate nature of this flavour it would remain as a top note to most mixes. Use this wherever you want a light rose or rose water.
Flavorah recommended usage – Start at 0.5%, Usage range 1%-3%
