Medium sweetness with a light citrus like note

The light citrus like note has now changed to a darker sugary taste, this is raw unprocessed sugar with molasses left in. There is also a fine grainy mouthfeel to this.

Suggested Usage
I’d use as a background 1%-2%, Accent 0.25%-1%
I’d want to use this primarily as a background flavour or as an accent.
This would be useful to use where you wanted a lighter brown sugar like taste, as this still has some molasses type notes but not as much as a brown sugar, this will also add a slight grainy mouthfeel used above 1%.
I’d use with Fruits, Creams, Vanillas, Bakery, Cereal, Beverages and Custard.
