SnV
Sweet juicy fresh fruit, this tastes like a cross between a Cantaloupe & Mango with a slight creamy/custard like taste in the background
6 Day steep
A slight increase in strength but no change in the flavour profile
15 Day steep
No change
22 Day Steep
No change. This is a sweet fleshy and juicy fruit, the top notes are provided by the Cantaloupe x Mango taste with a slight acidity/Tartness, the mid notes are provided by the juicy taste that is reminiscent of pineapple, the bottom notes are filled in by that creamy custard like taste, this has quite a thick mouthfeel for a fruit.
Suggested Usage
I'd use as a main 3%-4%, Background 1.5%-3%, Accent 0.5%-1.5%. Standalone 4%-8%.
I'd use with Fruits especially tropicals, Creams, Ice Creams, Beverage, Yoghurt, Bakery and may work with some florals like Jasmine and Elderflower.
VTA Recommend 1%-3% in a mix and Standalone 4%-8%
