The acetone like off note has now reduced although it is still present, the sweet dairy cream note is now becoming stronger along with a vanilla

This now tastes like a fresh dairy cream with added vanilla. This has a very slightly oily mouthfeel like a full fat cream with a medium mouthfeel

Suggested Usage
I’d use this as an accent 0.25-0.75, Background 0.75-2, Main 2%-3%
I’d use this with Fruit, Custards, Cream, Vanilla, Bakery, Coffee, Nuts, Tobacco and Cereal
Summary
After a 2 week steep this is a fresh dairy cream with a slightly oily and medium thick mouthfeel like that of a full fat milk, as an accent this may increase the mouthfeel of fruit mixes without imparting much flavour, as a background/main note this would work well as a fresh milk flavour
