Summary
This is an authentic tasting Bavarian cream with a thick mouthfeel and light egg notes, with a low bright vanilla, this hasn’t got any caramel like notes like some other Bavarian creams. This hasn’t got the gelatin like taste of Panna Cotta but does have that type of mouthfeel. this will thicken up most cream mixes when used low. Use as a main flavour for an authentic Bavarian cream.
