No change. The caramel is although a definite caramel is a little lighter on dark sweetness than I would want and has a very slight golden syrup like taste. This is lightly creamy which I believe is lightening up the caramel, this has a creamy, sweet and slightly syrupy mouthfeel.
Suggested usage
I’d use this as a Background 4%-6%, Main 6%-10%. Standalone 10%-15%
Even though the caramel isn’t as dark as I’d like this would still be useful to layer with caramels and butterscotch to add some depth, this may also work well to sweeten and add mouthfeel to mixes.
Use with Caramel, Butterscotch, Fruit, Creams, Custards, Mint, Coffee, Dairy and Bakery.
