Coffee milk froth is a frothy barista steam wand milk flavour that’s
infused lightly with the finest coffee to assist in blending e-liquid recipes. This flavouring works
particularly well where dairy components are required such as adding the topping to most coffee
recipes such as perfecting a cappuccino or any coffee that requires that coffee milk taste. Adding
to desserts, bakery and even candy recipes will benefit from this flavour. If you are seeking a milk
with a slight coffee nuances.”
SnV
Sweet with a light caramel like taste in the background, this has a light and airy Mouthfeel and a Dairy like taste.
This is reminiscent of putting sugar and caramel syrup on top of a milk froth and giving a light stir.
6 Day steep
There is a slight buttery note starting to come in, possibly from the dairy.
15 day steep
No change in strength but a change in profile.
That buttery background note has now increased and all I can taste is butter.
20 Day steep.
There has been a drastic change in profile.
This has lost the caramel like note and is no longer light airy.
The butter like note has now gone and has been replaced by a full fat dairy cream, including a nice full mouth feel. This now tastes like a full fat pouring cream of the type you would put into a coffee.
I’m not picking up on any coffee nuances.
Suggested Usage
I’d use as a main flavour at 3%-4%, A Background at 2%-3%, accent at 1.5%- 2% and Standalone at 4%-6%. I’d use this with Coffee, Cereal, Custards and anywhere you wanted a nice full fat Dairy pouring cream.
VTA Recommend 1%-4% in a mix & 5%-9% Standalone
